Specialized Bikes

"Specialized bikes" is a term which can apply to several different things. For instance, a person may use it to describe a customized bicycle. Reasons for customizing designs vary from specials needs of the riders to special applications to simple aesthetics.

A person may also speak of specialized bikes to describe less common styles of bikes. These may not be customized to a particular person, but they are designed to meet particular needs or desires. For instance, a foldable bike may be described as specialized. Other examples include tall and art bikes.

Specialized bikes may also be those created by Specialized Bicycle Components or from their parts. This is a major American bicycle manufacturer. It was started in 1974 by a man named Mike Sinyard. The company is located in Morgan Hill, California.
